WORKSHOPS FOR RESIDENTIAL HOMES & DAY CENTRES
People (and carers) in Residential Homes love the music, movement and spectacle of my belly dance workshops.
My Residential Home workshops include demonstrations of Egyptian style belly dance in costume.
I encourage residents (and the care staff) to have a go at belly dancing.
The residents have great fun participating in the dance and it gives them a worthwhile experience.
I often bring along a tabla player (drummer) who also encourages the residents to have a go a beating out Egyptian rhythms.
I have an enhanced CRB check that can be provided on request.
